Jacob Arabo,the founder and chairman of JACOB & CO.,was born in Uzbekistan and moved to the United States with his family at the age of 14. He dropped out of high school at the age of 16 to be a jewelry apprentice,and started his own jewelry workshop at the age of 21 in 1986.
